Spring is officially here! Even though I'm still in layers and the most Spring-like thing I've done is change my wool hat for a baseball cap... Anyway, with the determination to eat healthier and be healthier ( I have a Soul Cycle) class tomorrow I decided to share this awesome recipe with you guys from a favorite new food blog of mine called Love & Lemons.

I love that she has a section for us vegan foodies and her recipes are so flavorful and yummy. This recipe will also be great to transition into Summer.

  • 2 bananas (frozen, ideally)
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup original Almond Milk
  • juice of 1 medium orange, plus some zest
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger, or a splash of ginger juice
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds (optional)
  • handful of ice
Blend to your preference.
