A couple of months ago, I went to a wellness store and had a long talk with the owner there who shared so much wisdom with me about who easy it is to be vegan and healthy. One of the supplements he told me about was Moringa powder. He informed me that all I needed to do was add moringa powder to my smoothies once a day and I will be in tip top shape. Moringa leaf powder is supposed to be a mega super food, packed with amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

The problem is moringa leaf powder has a very strong taste and after trying twice to make smoothies and barely finishing them; I placed my powder on my shelf and decided to wait for a recipe to come along that helps with the taste.

After looking around on the web for a good  green smoothie to try, I came across one via
Sweet Lemon Mag.
The ingredients sound like they will cancel out or won't be
1 cup frozen mixed berries (any will do, I like the berry medleys from Ralph's and Trader Joes)
1 cup almond milk
1 banana
1 tbsp Moringa Leaf Powder 
1 handful of spinach (optional) 

Throw into a blender and enjoy!
